My friend was feeling unwell over the CNY season, so we decided to dine at OK Shabu Shabu when we passed by.

First, the good:
- Wide range of soups for the steamboat base, 13 varieties in total
- The soups are tasty
- Individual pots, cooked over an induction cooker
- Relatively afforable price in comparision to other steamboat buffet places
- Nice selection of buffet items
- Service staff are friendly

And the bad:
- Small outlet space, seats up to 30 people maximum
- Extremely understaffed, resulting in waiting time for food of around 20 to 30 minutes

On the day we visited OK Shabu Shabu, there were only 2 servers, and they were quite overwhelmed... Even with a small seating capacity of less than 30 people. There were actually frustrated customers serving themselves.

Personally, I quite liked OK Shabu Shabu, aside from the long waiting time for food. The best thing about OK Shabu Shabu is their wide range of soups, so if visiting in a group, everyone can order a different soup. Be prepared to wait if you do choose to go, otherwise, skip the place, or visit during off-peak hours.
