Located about 10 - 20 minutes drive from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International airport, Grand Four Wings Convention Hotel is a 5-star hotel in Thailand that offers excellent convention and meeting facilities, a good range of sporting and wellness activities, and splendid views of the surrounding town from the rooms.
Ambience
Ambience within Grand Four Wings Convention Hotel is designed to look grand and majestic. High ceilings and marble tiles lend an overall elegant and luxurious feel, while tastefully designed carpets, paintings, sculptures and floral arrangements lend a touch of class. Everywhere you look in Grand Four Wings Convention Hotel fits the theme, and is very pleasing and attractive visually. The exterior of the hotel though, looks rather plain.
Room
I stayed in the Deluxe Room of Grand Four Wings Convention Hotel. The room is rather spacious, and features both a bathtub and shower. The best part is the great view from the room, as the lowest rooms are all located above the 10th floor, you'll still get a great view. As I stayed on the 26th floor, the view was awesome. However, TV channels are extremely limited, with very few cable television selections, and no DVD capabilities. The mini-bar also is rather limited.
Food
Food at Grand Four Wings Convention Hotel is very good. Despite being in Thailand, the majority of food served in the restaurants is either Japanese, Italian, or French, with very little Thai cuisine. Fortunately, nearly half of the room service menu is authentic Thai food. Portions are generous, prices are affordable, and taste and quality is very good. I felt odd that the Breakfast buffet doesn't change, featuring the exact same items on a daily basis. This is somewhat made up by the extensive range of options available in the buffet spread.
Service
Service at Grand Four Wings Convention Hotel is very good. The famous hospitality of Thailand is evident in the staff, who are polite, helpful and efficient. My colleague experienced a faulty wiring in the room that caused a near constant blackout, and staff rendered able assistance, offering to shift rooms / fix the wiring, etc. Service recovery though, could be slightly better, as Grand Four Wings Convention Hotel could have done more to ensure customer loyalty.

Grand Four Wings Convention Hotel has a good range of sporting and wellness facilities and activities, and equipment is well maintained. True to its name, Grand Four Wings Convention Hotel is an excellent place in Bangkok to hold meetings or conventions, and Grand Four Wings Convention Hotel has numerous well-equipped and serviced rooms for meetings of all sizes. Riding on the beautiful ambience of Grand Four Wings Convention Hotel, they also offer wedding photoshoots. Shuttle services are available to the airport, and nearby malls, but Grand Four Wings Convention Hotel is located rather far from the city center and tourist attractions of Bangkok.
