The Peranakan Prawn And Pork Roll (SGD $13.80) is hand made, evident from its larger-than-usual size. Within the crisp tofu skin is stuffed tender minced pork, tender deshelled prawns / shrimp, juicy diced carrot cubes, and crunchy water chestnuts, combining for meaty salty savoury vegetal sweet earthy nutty flavour. Served with a thick sweet sauce on the side. As this is hand rolled, the packing of ingredients is rather loose and it falls apart easily, but this is compensated by the generous portion. Highly recommended!

The Pork Satay (SGD $15 For 12 Skewers) is among the best renditions we've had, with large chunky skewers of marinated pork grilled till the fat renders and the edges caramelise. With a tender yet moist chew to texture, each stick of pork satay carries robust smoky meaty salty savoury sweet spice flavour, both yummy and enticing. Served with large slices of juicy cucumber with vegetal sweet flavour, crisp red onions with vegetal earthy sour spice flavour, and a peanut gravy that is thick and chunky with nutty savoury salty spice flavour. Highly recommended!

Their version of Iberico Pork And Oyster Omelette (SGD $12) tends towards the flat and crisp texture style, with bits of whole oysters and slices of Iberico pork belly studded amongst the egg omelette. Garnished with fresh coriander and red chili, this carries eggy sweet savoury briny salty meaty vegetal spice flavour. I like it with additional red chili for added spicy kick. Good!

The Signature Hokkien Mee (SGD $8.90) is among the best renditions we've had. Their 'wet' rendition has soft gooey noodles soaked in gravy, wispy egg, crisp bean sprouts, crisp spring onions, and bursting with grainy vegetal sweet savoury eggy flavour. Garnishes of succulent tender fatty lean Iberico pork belly with meaty salty savoury flavour, thick bouncy squid rings and juicy crunchy deshelled prawns, both with sweet savoury flavour. Nuggets of crisp pork lard lend a yummy layer, while a drizzle of lime juice cuts through with zesty tangy sour flavour. Highly recommended!

Loved the Shrimp Paste Fried Chicken (SGD $15), featuring bone-in chicken coated in a crisp batter infused with fermented shrimp paste. With a tender juicy piping hot chew to texture, these delicious chicken wings burst with meaty shrimpy salty savoury sweet flavour. Amongst the few dishes here that does not feature pork. Highly recommended!
