Good Property Agents In Singapore

2 of the best property agents in Singapore, from ERA Realty Network real estate. Both are top producers in the company, and I have utmost trust in them with regards to dealing with real estate and property in Singapore.

I like that they are not only current with property market trends, but can also provide good advice on buying and selling of property in Singapore.

They've also helpfully supplied useful contact numbers below. Just as a disclaimer, yes they are my friends. No, they did not pay me to advertise for them. But you won't regret choosing them.

As a photographer and graphic designer, I like creating digital images. And I also like giving unique or unusual gifts to my friends.

So I'm always on the look-out for shops that are able to custom make gifts, take photos and print them on various stuff as a personalized gift, or various novel and unusual gift ideas.

This includes shops that take your photos and graphics to print t-shirts, print mini t-shirts, create photo mugs, create photo jigsaw puzzles, engrave keychains, and print pillow cases. Or shops that personalize gifts with names.

Here are some Singapore shops and online stores that I've patronized over the years.

"Backwards?"
"Yes, I'm freaking talented."

Creative Ad Campaign - Lego Imagine

Now this is really interesting... Take a look!

Monster

Caterpillar

Whale

Designed by Lego artist, Nicholas Foo, the Lego Imagine Ad campaign featured posters at 3 specific bus stops in Singapore. The posters were designed to seem like 'windows', displaying a Lego-fied view of the actual background behind them.

Lego Builders Too Jun Jie, Inessa Loh, and Darshan Kadamactually used actual Lego pieces to build each poster! In total, they used 97,096 Lego pieces!

The posters were commissioned by Ogilvy in March 2011. The Lego Imagine Ad Campaign won the Silver Outdoor Lion at Cannes International Festival of Creativity.

Here's their awe-inspiring YouTube Video:
