Within walking distance to several major shopping malls, easy access to cultural landmarks, and a multitude of dining and entertainment options, Novotel Bangkok On Siam Square is a convenient haven from which to explore the city.

Ambience at Novotel Bangkok On Siam Square is lively yet polished. The lobby has a contemporary feel, with open spaces and a steady flow of guests, feeling energetic but not chaotic. Corridors are generally quiet, with corner windows that offer urban views of the city. Each lift landing also has chairs for guests to rest while waiting for the lifts to arrive. Overall clean and modern, befitting its status.
Room
Rooms at Novotel Bangkok On Siam Square at clean and comfortable. My Superior Room offered a comfortable retreat, with a soft queen‑size bed, an en‑suite toilet and shower with amenities, a decent-sized working and dining desk, fast and stable wi-fi, and a modern smart television with contemporary décor. Practical amenities like powerful air‑conditioning and blackout curtains made the space very liveable. I did wish the chairs and desk were more ergonomic though. My Premier Room with Premier Lounge access was even more comfortable, with 2 sofas and 2 smart televisions, a spacious living room with pantry, and 2 wardrobes.
Food
Food at Novotel Bangkok On Siam Square is largely from the in-house The Square restaurant. I enjoyed their International breakfast buffet and Asian dinner buffet very much. The selection of food is fresh, well‑prepared, and quickly restocked. Restaurant staff also proactively and quickly clear away finished plates from your table throughout the buffet. Crowd-pleasing for sure. The La Brioche bakery offers delectable French-inspired baked treats, which are well executed, fresh, and tasty.
Service
Service at Novotel Bangkok On Siam Square is consistently warm and efficient. Staff were friendly and attentive, engaging easily with guests in English, Mandarin, or Thai. Housekeeping kept everything consistently neat and clean. Reception responds quickly and professionally, ensuring no long waiting time for check-in, check-out, or request fulfilment. Function room staff are observant and discrete, ensuring delegates are well taken care of. The lounge staff were particularly memorable, effectively engaging with guests and ensuring a good experience.
Facilities & Activities
The facilities and activities at Novotel Bangkok On Siam Square is family-friendly. The fitness centre, swimming pool, and spa offered relaxing ways to unwind. The meeting and conference facilities host up to 400 people, while the fast and stable wi-fi supports good online connectivity. In the evenings, guests avail themselves of the live music performances and sporting matches screening via the large projector screen, or play rounds of snooker. We also enjoyed the comfortable Premier Lounge and its cocktail hour. Overall, Novotel Bangkok On Siam Square is a great place to stay, and I plan to return.
