Founded by Adesola Olutola née Elabor in January 2014, D'iyanu is a ready-to-wear clothing brand, known for offering the widest range of modern African inspired fashion for women, men, and even children. With a name that draws on French (D’) and Yoruba (iyanu) influence, and means 'something wonderful', D'iyanu encourages self-expression through bold prints and fashion-forward clothing designs.

D'iyanu operates with the philosophy of offering quality ready-to-wear clothing products at reasonable prices, with quick delivery, quality customer service, and community engagement. They stand out in the market for having the widest range of African inspired fashion for men, and the D'iyanu online store makes it so easy to browse and place orders. There's assurance as well, D'iyanu policy allows up to 45 days post-delivery for exchanges, so long as the product is in original condition with the tag attached.

I like the bold, colourful, modern design clothing products from D'iyanu. The fabric (Ankara wax print cotton fabric) and stitching is of high quality, and the sizes are a good fit. Shipping was completed within 2 weeks, despite the holiday season. More importantly, the designs are meant for everyday wear, be it formal or casual. At USD $60 (SGD $80) per long-sleeve shirt, or USD $30 (SGD $40) per t-shirt, D'iyanu clothing is good value for money. Have since ordered several times from D'iyanu!
