The Tier 0 plate has a mix of Western and Asian savoury treats. The Rose Infused Scones, meant to be paired with clotted cream and raspberry jam, was slighly dry but properly crumbly, with a light floral sweet bready flavour. The definitely-not-pink Ngoh Hiang Chicken was juicy and crunchy, with bold meaty savoury salty flavour. The Vegetarian Curry Puff was the best item here, with its crisp flaky pastry crust and filling of moist soft curried potates with bright spicy savoury salty flavour, that has a good fiery kick.

The Tier 1 plate has a mix of Western and Asian savoury treats. The best for me was the Sakura Blossom Toro Maki or minced tuna fish belly sushi, with sticky vinegared rice and crisp seaweed wrapped around crunchy cucumber and soft crab stick meat, topped with minced tuna fish belly, having lovely fatty sweet savoury vegetal flavour. The Rose Water Infused Otah Slider has a hint of floral bready sweet flavour in the soft fluffy slider burger buns, and the crunchy cucumber with vegetal sweet flavour complements the soft otah fish paste with its sharp savoury spice flavour. The Pink Lady Smoked Salmon & Rocket Salad Sandwich was decent, a tad too salty savoury for the tender smoked salmon fish, offset by the crisp bitter vegetal rocket leaves / arugula, and the soft pourous pink sandwich bread.

The Tier 2 plate features all Asian sweet desserts, all having soft sticky textures. Of these, the Pulut Hitam Kueh was a standout, with its floral milky earthy sweet flavour. The Sago Kueh was rather uninspiring in taste, but the Chendol Kueh had good earthy floral sweet honeyed flavour. Skipped the Ang Ku Kueh, but another highlight was the Rainbow Lapis Kueh with its vibrant colours and bright floral sweet flavour.

The Tier 3 plate features all Western sweet desserts, all having soft spongy crumbly textures. Of these, the Lime & Peach Tourbillon Tartelette was decent with its fruity sour sweet grainy flavour. Loved the Araguani & Raspberry Galet with its rich strawberry and chocolate notes, having bright fruity sour chocolatey sweet flavour. Skipped the Pink Ribbon Strawberry Charlotte, and the Strawberry Yuzu Quenelle was decent with its fruity tangy sour citrus sweet flavour.

Each set is served with 2 beverages; I chose the Teh Tarik. This has deep earthy milky sweet flavour, smooth with a robust body. I don't think it's refillable though.
