The Blue Pea Flower Fragrant Rice has a lovely enticing fragrance, and is soft moist fluffy in texture with mild grainy floral sweet earthy flavour. Good!

The Ayam Panggang / Grilled Chicken holds up well, each boneless piece of grilled chicken thigh having a smoky savoury salty flavour and a juicy tender texture. Good!

The Curry Assam Fish features deboned dory fish fillets in a rich assam curry gravy, resplendent with savoury sweet spicy sour flavour. Chunks of crunchy okra / lady's fingers, juicy tomato, and juicy pineapple, lend vegetal fruity sour sweet earthy flavour. Makes you want to keep reaching for more. Highly recommended!

Our favourite Potato Salad With Chives & Turkey Bacon, with chunky tender potatoes smothered with crisp garlic chives, crisp red onion, juicy cherry tomatoes, and rich cream. Carries delicious starchy vegetal earthy sweet flavour, nicely addictive. Crisp turkey bacon chips lend a satisfying crunch and meaty salty savoury flavour. Usually wiped clean because everyone loves it. Highly recommended!

The Peranakan Sayur Lodeh has soft stewed vegetables (cabbage, string beans, carrots, jicama turnip) in a rich milky curry infused with coconut milk and spices. Lovely vegetal sweet milky spice herbal flavour, pairing well with rice. Highly recommended!

The Thai Style Tofu Bean Curd has fried tofu bean curd cubes tossed in a thick Thai chilli sauce, resulting in a grainy sweet spice flavour. Completed with strips of juicy cucumber for vegetal sweet flavour. Good!
