The boss and technical advisor of Chip Soon Auto Supply, Jason, along with workshop floor supervisor David, are knowledgable, and the kindness they demonstrate towards their mechanics results in a happy team. When performing repair and maintenance services, they walk customers through a detailed list of checks they will perform, show you a detailed breakdown of line items with accompanying prices clearly stated, and also inform you in advance if they are additional parts that need replacement, so you can make the decision.

Once the servicing is complete, they will also show you the physical parts that were replaced or changed. Overall, the entire process builds trust and credibility for Chip Soon Auto Supply; I have sinced returned several times.
