Established since October 2016, New Everyday Keropok (or NED) is a manufacturer and wholesale retailer of Indonesian style keropok / krupuk / fried crackers products. So named because of their wide product variety which allows you to try something new and different everyday, New Everyday Keropok makes their keropok / krupuk / fried crackers fresh daily, vaccum sealed in air-tight bags so that it retains the maximum crispy crunch to texture.
The keropok / krupuk / fried crackers products from New Everyday Keropok can be found at their wholesale store, through third-party resellers, or purchased online (with options for self-pick-up or delivery). The online selection is limited to their more popular items, which is good enough for most. But to experience the full variety of their products, you'll have to drop by their physical store. Purchases start at a minimum of SGD $5 for 2 packets of keropok / krupuk / fried crackers, but larger bulk purchases from New Everyday Keropok are more value for money.

The retailer warned us when buying the Tuna Fish Crackers (SGD $2.50 per packet) that it was 'very spicy', and they were largely correct. Made from a mix of tuna fish, red onions, chili powder, and tapioca flour, along with salt, sugar, then cooked in vegetable oil. These have a light crisp crunch to texture, then you get hit with the sharp fiery burn of spice, followed by a mellow savoury salty flavour. The burn lingers on the palate, building as you eat more. Not for those adverse to chili. Good!
