The house signature Lobster & Prawn Roll (AUD $42) has a base of soft fluffy hot dog bread bun with bready sweet flavour, layered with fresh crisp lettuce with vegetal sweet flavour, crisp fresh chives with herbal vegetal sweet flavour, and chunks of bouncy crunchy sautéed deshelled lobster and prawns with a garlic and lemon and butter sauce that carries savoury salty sweet spice zesty sour tangy flavour. Interesting and tasty contrast of flavours, and so addictive. On the side are thick-cut potato fries, fluffy soft with starchy salty savoury flavour. Highly recommended!

The Chocolate And Raspberry Lamington (AUD $16.50) has crisp crunchy coconut flakes with earthy floral sweet flavour, layered over the smooth milk chocolate exterior with milky chocolatey sweet flavour, while the lamington cake interior has soft sponge cake with cakey bready sweet flavour, and 2 sticky raspberry compote stripes with fruity tangy sour sweet flavour. Served dressed with thin raspberry sauce for added fruity tangy sour sweet note. Among the better versions around, though not mind-blowing. Good!

The Black Forest Cake (AUD $16.50) has a soft chocolate sponge cake layered with fluffy whipped cream, juicy dark cherry compote, wispy dark chocolate flakes, and infused with kirsch cherry brandy. The result is a deep chocolatey bitter fruity sour sweet boozy flavour, pleasant. Good!
