Because Harry's Cafe De Wheels is primarily a take-away kiosk, don't expect much in the way of furniture, as the few seats available are purely functional. The real kick is being able to dine at this culinary icon, as many celebrities have visited Harry's Cafe De Wheels for their pies, including Elton John, Colonel Sanders of KFC, Frank Sinatra, Sir Richard Branson, Russell Crowe, Pamela Anderson, and more. Pictures of these famous diners still adorn the walls in the original Harry's Cafe De Wheels outlet in Woolloomooloo.

Being a take-away kiosk, service at Harry's Cafe De Wheels is both fast and efficient. Staff are polite, and able to fulfill orders very quickly. I do like that they'll engage you in conversation if you wish.

Harry's Cafe De Wheels prides itself on their hand-made chunky meat pies, which are freshly made everyday. While the most popular flavour is the traditional Beef Meat Pie, other popular flavours include the Chicken & Mushroom Pie and the Seafood Pie. For a few dollars more, you can choose to add one or more sides, including mushy peas, mashed potato, and / or gravy.

The original outlet / caravan is located in Woolloomooloo, but the Haymarket outlet is probably the most accessible of all 10 outlets. And with its iconic, American diner inspired concept, also one of the more unique looking outlets.
