Situated far off the beaten track, Bacon & Booze is a casual little cafe with a western cowboy theme, located next to Punggol Jetty and the Punggol Ranch Horse Riding School. As one of the few eating places in this area, Bacon & Booze is suitably open from morning till night. They also offer to host corporate events, as well as plan for parties.

Ambience at Bacon & Booze reflects the horse-riding theme of the wild west. Ropes are used as decor, western style lamps adorn the place, furniture is comfortable, rustic and wooden looking, the bar counter is high with western looking bar stools. The entire building the Bacon & Booze is located in looks like a barn, and has a nice outdoor setting where you can see horses pass by every now and then.

Service at Bacon & Booze is rather laid back and casual. Staff are friendly, but as food is only prepared upon order, you'll have to wait between 10 - 15 minutes for your order. As the acutal dining area is rather small, conversations do carry over to other tables. Bacon & Booze also offers several promotions, the most notable is a Diver's Night every Wednesday, where divers can receive 10% discount upon producing their C-Card.

As its name suggests, Bacon & Booze specialises in (nearly) all-day breakfast items featuring bacon, and various types of beer and wine. In fact, their all-day breakfast menu occupies almost 50% of their entire menu, and is served till 6pm daily. After 6pm, the menu is extermely limited, with only 3 options for main dishes and finger food. As such, I would only recommend visiting Bacon & Booze before 6pm if you plan on having a meal. A visit here at night would probably be limited to finger food and drinks, which is still decent as well.

The western / horse-riding theme is prevalent in this area. Looks like a barn set in the middle of a ranch, with cowboy themed decor.

The Latte Macchiato is average at best, and not very attractively presented. Beer / Booze is a large part of the menu, and you can get a pint at all hours of the day and night... This is one of the few places you'll be able to order beer for breakfast!

The B & B Delight, which stands for Bacon And Booze Delight, is a breakfast platter of fluffy scrambled eggs, sliced mushrooms sauteed with onions, streaky bacon, baked beans, thick cut chips and herbed sausages. I love that the baked beans and mushrooms weren't just afterthoughts, but properly cooked, tasty, and well intergrated with the overall dish. The sausages were meaty and juicy, and I love the slight freshness of taste from the herbs. Excellent overall dish, though if I had to pick the weakest point on the plate, it would be the rather plain chips.

A fantastic idea of a bar snack. Crisp streaky bacon rolls with a little bit of onion and cheese within, topped with a bright, fresh cherry tomato. Wonderful burst of flavour from the tomato, followed by the satisfying crunch and smoky taste of the bacon and onion. Lovely, but super unhealthy!

The Honey Chicken Wings had a nice coating of sweet honey, but were rather small and dry. Skip this!
