Born in October 2016 out of the founder's dual love for tea and cats, Kittea is an artisanal tea brand. They celebrate felines through their unique blend of teas, which are inspired by each cat's personality and place of origin. Kittea sources the ingredients for their tea from across the world, blending it together in Singapore.
Kittea retails their teas in loose leaf form, though they've recently started producing a teabag version as well. I love their cute, colourful packaging, which is utterly adorable! Kittea offers a range of 12 flavours of artisanal tea blends on their regular menu, beyond these however, they've also produced seasonal tea blends for limited periods as well. Prices are fairly reasonable, budget about SGD $8 for each 20g tin of loose leaf tea, which makes about 10 - 12 cups of tea.

It includes lychee, mango, wolfberries, safflower, rose petals, jasmine blossoms, jasmine green tea, gunpowder green tea, chun mee green tea, mao feng green tea, sencha, se chung tea, and pai mu tan white tea. Has refreshing, delicate floral notes, with a soft yet expressive earthy fruity floral sweet flavour.
