The Beer Byron Bay Lager is an easy-drinking lager, brewed by the Byron Bay Brewery in Byron Bay, New South Wales, Australia. It has a light straw golden colour, with aromas and tastes of wheat, lime, grapefruit, and hops. The body is thin, light, and watery, with mild fruity sour sweet tangy bitter flavour. Great on a hot summer day, but goes flat quickly.

The Beer Guinness Draught is a dark Irish dry stout, named after Arthur Guinness, and is brewed by Diageo PLC in Dublin, Ireland. Among the most famous beers worldwide, this has a deep, dark black brown colour, with a creamy white foam head. The aroma and taste is similar, consisting of smoked malts, roasted coffee beans, faint caramel, and barley. The body is rich, velvety smooth, almost creamy, with a bitter sweet grainy flavour.

The Beer James Squire 150 Lashes is a pale ale, brewed by the Pacific Beverages Pty. Ltd. in Bayswater, Victoria, Australia. It has a cloudy straw orange colour, with aromas and tastes of malted wheat, grapefruit, passionfruit, and pine leaves. The body is light, dry, and crisp, with fruity sour sweet tangy zesty flavour, with a short finish.

The Burger Beef is a common street snack, sold by casual kiosks, cafes, and restaurants. While quality of beef tends to differ from place to place, it usually features a tender grilled minced beef patty, sandwiched between 2 fluffy soft burger buns, with crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, creamy mayonnaise, and thick tomato ketchup or sharp yellow mustard rounding it out. Bite in, and you get the fresh vegetal sweet notes of the vegetables, followed by the meaty savoury salty smoky flavours of the beef. Sometimes, sliced cheddar cheese may be added.
A common Australian style burger is the Burger With The Lot. This loaded Australian Burger will appeal to those who love toppings, a 'mile-high' tower with fluffy soft burger buns stacked with a wobbly fried sunny side up egg, chewy steaky bacon, soft cheddar cheese, a juicy pineapple ring, tender sliced beetroot, crisp iceburg lettuce, juicy tomato, crunchy red onions, tender juicy minced beef patty, crunchy dill pickles, and a medley of sauces including tomato ketchup and yellow mustard. Usually larger than one's mouth, this has complex layering of meaty vegetal savoury salty sweet sour tangy earthy spice eggy cheesy flavour.

The popular American snack of Hot Dog Classic here tends to feature a large, meaty juicy pork or beef bratwurst sausage, with deep savoury salty meaty flavour, sandwiched in a fluffy soft bread roll that has a delicate bready grainy sweet flavour. The sausage may sometimes have additional herbs or spices. The Malatang has gained prominence and popularity in recent years. It's a large bowl filled with fresh and processed ingredients that diners select from a chilled open display, then boiled and served in a robust spiced soup / broth. Ingredients vary widely, with all manner of vegetables, meat, seafood, and others. There's also a variety of soups / broths available, though the default is the eponymous Malatang, which is a soup / broth that is spiced with Sichuan / Szechuan peppercorns and chili peppers, resulting in a thin numbing texture that carries sharp savoury salty sweet spice herbal flavour with a distinct fragrance.

An iconic Chinese stir-fry, the Stir-Fried Beef With Onions & Bell Peppers consists of sliced beef rubbed with cornstarch and baking soda. The cut of beef used is usually inexpensive, such as chuck, flank, flap, or sirloin. It's then stir-fried with red onions, bell peppers / capsicum, garlic, and black beans, in a gravy of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white sugar, black pepper, oyster sauce, Shaoxing rice wine, and sesame oil. The beef is tender with meaty savoury salty spice flavour, the red onions are soft and caramelised with vegetal sweet notes, while the bell peppers / capsicum is crunchy with vegetal sweet sour spice flavour.

Fresh, light, fragrant, and insta-famous, the Strawberry Watermelon Cake is said to be "the world's most instagrammed cake". This halal dessert cake features 2 layers of almond dacquoise (almond infused buttercream sandwiched between squares of crushed almond), rose scented cream, and a sliced of watermelon, topped with sliced strawberries, chopped pistachios, and edible dried rose petals. It has a fragrant floral aroma, with creamy soft crisp juicy crunchy firm texture, carrying bright floral fruity milky sweet nutty flavour. Incredibly pretty, and incredibly tasty.
