Since their inception, the award-winning Chilli Manis Catering has served over 555,000 customers across over 3,100 corporate clients, garnering multiple rave reviews for their delicious Peranakan dishes, impeccable customer service, and great value for money.

Loved the unique rendition of their Chicken Shepherd's Pie. The difference is the fluffy smooth layer of mashed potato and mashed purple sweet potato, alternated in stripes over the juicy tender minced chicken beneath. Carries a distinct starchy earthy sweet meaty savoury flavour, yummy.

The Roasted Beef Striploin was excellent. Done to a perfect medium-rare, with a moist tender chew to texture, and deep meaty savoury flavour. Accompanied by juicy crunchy string beans with vegetal herbal grassy sweet flavour. Finished too quickly.

The Mediterranean Style Baked Dory Fish was tasty, with soft flaky dory fish fillets in a creamy gravy with juicy tomatoes, bouncy olives (black and green), and tender baby potatoes. Has bright milky sweet savoury earthy salty vegetal starchy flavour.

The French Sailor Style Mussels are fresh with a meaty springy chew to texture, picking up the sweet savoury earthy flavours of the thin gravy well. The Christmas Cake Platter features a trio of cakes. The Pandan Kaya Cake is spongy soft with a layer of creamy thick buttercream and garnishes of chewy dried apricot and crisp sunflower seeds, combining for a floral earthy fruity milky sweet flavour. The Red Velvet Cake is spongy soft with a layer of creamy thin cream cheese frosting, resulting in a milky sweet cheesy flavour. Our favourite was the Orange Chocolate Cake with its creamy dense chocolate fudge and deep chocolatey bitter sweet fruity sour zesty tangy flavour.
