Tenderfresh / Golden Rooster / TenderBest, as the franchise is known, has quite a major presence in Singapore's coffee shops. It is often the sole western food stall, and is also certified Halal.

Tenderfresh / Golden Rooster / TenderBest are most well-known for their Fried Chicken, which has golden crispy skin (Hence the name), while still being juicy inside. Very addictive!

Tenderfresh / Golden Rooster / TenderBest are also known for their BBQ Chicken, which is also very juicy inside. Although at some places, I feel their BBQ sauce is a bit weak taste-wise.

As for the rest of their items, quality island-wide is more or less the same, and the use the same gravy / tomato sauce in their dishes. Acceptable standards from coffeeshop fare... Don't expect too much.

Of note, their Burgers (Chicken / Fish) make a great snack! It's not too filling, and can be eaten on-the-go.
