Pho Stop looks like a modern casual cafe, with simple decor and a quirky design. The only hint of Vietnamese influence is the asian inspired paintings adorning the walls.
As its name suggests, Pho Stop specialized in the Vietnamese dish of Pho, a popular broth of beef and rice noodles. At Pho Stop, you have a choice of including beef slices, beef brisket or beef meat balls, served with the rice noodles and sliced onions in a thin but flavourful beef broth / soup.
Pho Stop also serves a side dish of vegetables with each order of Pho, as well as a unique savoury red-orange sauce that is apparently a house speciality.
Service at Pho Stop is pretty efficient, and food is served quickly. I like the unique teardrop design of the bowls, as well as the variety of colorful chopsticks to choose from.
