We last visited Burger 307 (버거307제주함덕점) in 2017, remembering it for being a great burger joint with delicious and hearty burgers. Since we were in the vicinity during our 2023 trip, decided to revisit Burger 307 to see how it has held up... and it was as good as before.
Ambience at Burger 307 is rather like a gastrobar, with modern metallic furnishings within the alternating dimly lit and brightly lit place. Part of the space has been converted into a gift shop. They offer a good view of the waterfront around Hamdeok Beach, really picturesque.
Service at Burger 307 is pure self-service, with ordering, payment, and collection over the counter. Diners also clean up after themselves, though staff will help wipe down tables. There wasn't much opportunity for staff interaction, but they carry out requests efficiently.
Food at Burger 307 is American and Korean cuisine, focused on burgers made with 100% beef patties, beautifully grilled. Ingredients are fresh, and they offer a good range of craft beers for pairing. Portions are large for individuals. Prices are affordable, budget about KRW ₩15,000 / SGD $15 per person.

Piping hot shoestring Potato Fries (KRW ₩8,500), which are crisp on the exterior and fluffy on the interior. Carries good starchy salty savoury flavour, so addictive. Highly recommended!

Love the large Onion Rings (KRW ₩8,500), crisp golden brown crust the shatters with a crunch, revealing the juicy tender white onion within. Has enticing grainy vegetal sweet savoury flavour, yum. Highly recommended!

The Heugin Dwaeji Beogeo / Black Pork Burger (KRW ₩9,900) features 2 fluffy soft burger buns with bready sweet flavour, stacking with crisp lettuce, crunchy white onions, and juicy tomato, both with vegetal sweet flavour. The star of the burger is a large tender minced black pork patty with bold meaty sweet savoury salty flavour, topped with soft caramelised white onions with vegetal sweet savoury flavour. Messy to eat, yet so satisfying. Good!
