Arista Singapore is a national wholesale watch distributor of several major brands, doing business to business supply of branded watches to major departmental stores in Singapore. They currently carry 19 brands of watches, including Aigner, BCBG Max Azria, Esprit, French Connection, Glam Rock, Issey Miyake, Moschino, Nixon, Police, Puma, Ted Baker and more.

A typical person may only encounter Arista Singapore for their other core business function, which is branded watch servicing. Arista Singapore is the official watch service centre for all the brands they carry. Depending on the store / business you purchased the watch from, and the nature of damage to the watch, Arista Singapore may or may not be able to honour the warranty... Check with both the store you purchased from and Arista Singapore to see which business is able to honour the warranty. In most cases, Arista Singapore usually isn't able to honour warranties.

Usually, if the damage is minimal, and Arista Singapore has the parts in stock, they can perform the service while you wait. This usually takes between 10 to 30 minutes.
