Flee Sixty Room Escape, also known as Flee 60 Real Room Escape, is a service provider of Real-Life Escape Room Games, with a total of 5 themed rooms. Flee Sixty Room Escape opened in Batu Ferringhi in Penang, Malaysia, in September 2014, located alongside Bora-Bora By Sunset Beach Bar.

Flee Sixty Room Escape allows a total of 60 minutes of playing time within the rooms, with a further 15 minutes of miscellaneous time for briefings, phototaking, storing personal items, or waiting. Briefings are carried out by staff in person (in English), they provide the background and story of the room you've selected, which also means each briefing defers from person to person. Recommended team size for each room is between 3 - 6 people, having less than 3 people makes the room extremely difficult, while more than 6 people means someone may just stand around doing nothing!

Rates at Flee Sixty Room Escape is MYR $39 per person. Flee Sixty Room Escape provides several small lockers for storing of personal items, as you can't bring anything into the rooms. The game rooms are immersive, really getting you into the story and setting, with above average use of room design and layout, low ambient lighting and noise for mood / distraction, and use of simple technology including locks, sensors, and ultra-violet lighting. Also, unlike other escape room games, they don't have horror themes or staff dressed as ghosts within the rooms, which means they're family-friendly!

The staff at Flee Sixty Room Escape / Flee 60 Real Room Escape were helpful when asked for hints, and it's good that they guide you in the general direction of what to do, instead of telling you outright. While the rooms are air-conditioned and of a comfortable temperature, I find the reception area to be unbearably warm, and the photo-taking props look rather poorly maintained. Overall, Flee Sixty Room Escape / Flee 60 Real Room Escape is still worth a visit if you're in Penang, Malaysia.
