Founded by designers Andrew Fallshaw, Matt Fallshaw, Lina Calabria, Hadrien Monloupin, Jimmy Gleeson, and Lincoln Eather, in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, in August 2010, Bellroy is a company known for their slim wallets, bags, pouches, and other carry accessories. The name Bellroy is a mash-up of Bells Beach and Fitzroy, locales where the company is based, and their philosophy is offering slim, well-designed carry products, made with premium materials and standards, at affordable prices.

Purchased the Bellroy Note Sleeve for men, as I was searching for a new wallet. This full bi-fold uses ingenious design tricks to keep the wallet looking slim, fitting comfortably within the pocket. The dimensions of 102mm x 90mm allows for storage of full-sized money notes, even currencies that have tall designs. It carries up to 11 cards, either in 3 quick-access slots, or a pull-tab pocket for other lesser-used cards. There's a hidden coin pocket, but to prevent bulging, this should ideally be limited to 5 coins or less.

The Bellroy Note Sleeve looks classy and sophisticated, and the Bellroy Logo is elegant and discreet. There's an option for radio frequency identification (RFID) signal blocking, for a small SGD $6 price increase, enhancing protection against card skimming. The wallet material is environmentally certified leather, which is vegetable-tanned, then dyed through with a colour of your choice. This allows for better aging, compared to surface-painted leather which is more easily damaged. The texture feels rich and durable, and the stitching is impeccable.

The Bellroy Note Sleeve is backed by an international 3-year warranty. The international shipping duration ranges from 3 - 28 working days; I received my order within 7 working days. Overall, the Bellroy Note Sleeve is simple and efficient to use, able to carry decent amounts of cards and cash, yet remains slim, elegant, and minimalist in looks.
