Fans of eggs (like me!) will love Hatched (Restaurant). Everything on the menu has eggs included in some way - Baked, Scrambled, Fried, Omelette, Sunny Side, Boiled, etc. Hatched (Restaurant) specializes in Brunch, so be prepared that most of their dishes are light meals.

If a chef's skill is determined by how well they cook an egg, then Hatched (Restaurant) surely has good chefs. Try their El Chorizo, the saltiness of the chorizo sausage goes well with the scrambled eggs and toast. Or the Le Rossini, which features Foie Gras, cooked to perfection - it melts in the mouth!

Creative types may want to try The Designer, which lets you design an omelette with your choice of ingredients. Of course, you could even try to include everything inside!

The Oozy Baked Egg didn't go down too well with me... the portion is a little small, and it wasn't very good taste-wise.

Service in Hatched (Restaurant) is good, the staff are friendly and helpful. For example, we had an order of Pasta Marinara that was a special request, it wasn't on the menu, but they prepared it for us anyway. Thumbs up for them!
