I've been visiting N & B Snacks since I was a kid, and i just love their fresh oven-baked pastries, and warm smooth soya bean milk. Really lovely on a cold day.
The Soya Bean Curd & Peanut Glutinous Rice Balls is nice. I only wish N & B Snacks also had the Black Sesame Glutinous Rice Balls version.

The Soya Bean Curd, Warm, is smooth, silky, slides down the throat really easily.

The French Tuna Puff is warm and flaky, with a decent amount of tuna. Doesn't leave that 'bad' tuna taste in the mouth. The signature N & B Snacks pastry is buttery and crumbles easily when bitten into.

The Hong Kong Chicken Pie is filled with mushrooms and chicken in a light gravy, it's really tasty and satisfying. The outer crust is buttery and complements the filling well.

The Sandwiches here make for a decent snack. There's Sandwich Egg Mayonnaise, Sandwich Tuna Mayonnaise, or Sandwich Chicken Mayonnaise, all served chilled.

Update Jul-2018: Have been occasionally visiting N & B Snacks over the last 7 years, when I have a craving for their signature buttery pastries. Ambience at N & B Snacks has remained simple and functional, the dim lighting and limited seating making it an eat-and-go place. Service at N & B Snacks remains friendly and fairly efficient, staff display good product knowledge and are enthusiastic, but are typical heartlanders in style. Food at N & B Snacks has been consistently good, their Asian style pastries and Singaporean style soya bean curd are still as tasty as ever. Portions are sized for individuals. Prices have remained constant through the years, budget about SGD $3 per person for desserts here.

The French Tuna Puff (SGD $3.20) still has that crisp, flaky, buttery pastry crust that crunches softly when bit. The moist filling of shredded tuna fish and button mushrooms are tender, with an earthy savoury sweet flavour. Not overly acidic or sour, nicely balanced. Good!

The Hong Kong Chicken Pie (SGD $2.90) still has that crumbly, grainy, buttery pastry shell that cracks beautifully to reveal the filling within. A mix of tender, moist, soft ingredients including white onions, button mushrooms, and chicken chunks, with an earthy sweet savoury flavour. Less gravy these days though. Good!

The Sandwich Tuna Mayonnaise (SGD $2.80) has a home made mix of tuna fish chunks, white onions, and mayonnaise, blended into a smooth paste, sandwiched between slices of buttered white bread. Served chilled, it has a sharp savoury sweet flavour, decent enough in taste.

The Soya Bean Curd (SGD $2) can be served either warm or chilled, and has a wobbly soft texture. They now allow for custom sugar levels of less sugar (50%), normal sugar (100%), or double sugar (200%). I usually get the less sugar option. Excellent Singaporean dessert.

The Soya Bean Curd & Peanut Glutinous Rice Balls (SGD $3.60) is the signature dessert here. A three-in-one combination, featuring their home made, wobbly soft soya bean curd, rich creamy soya bean milk, and sticky chewy glutinous rice balls, stuffed with warm nutty sweet crushed peanuts filling. Very satisfying, you can also choose the sugar levels for this. Highly recommended!
