Description:
Chapati is a type of unleavened flat bread, popular among South Asia, especially South India. Chapati is commonly served with curry.

Chapati is made from atta / whole wheat flour, water, salt, and optionally vegetable oil / sunflower oil / canola oil. The Chapati is then cooked on a flat skillet / griddle pan, and brushed with ghee / clarified butter.

When eating, pieces of Chapati are used to scoop up food.
